Booking and payment
* A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
* The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
* We accept cash, credit cards and gift vouchers as forms of payment
Cancellation policy
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit
*Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time to ensure full spa experience.
*Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, full fee remains applicable.
Health and safety
* Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your treatment.
*We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone intoxicated or under the influence of substances.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your spa visit.
We reserve the right to change or cancel services at anytime with advance notice to affected clients
