Join Nat from Five Oaks Pilates for a 45-minute outdoor mat Pilates session, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation with Jo, then unwind in our sauna and swim-up spa pool. Firewood pizza & salad will be provided to complete your evening of relaxation.

I went for a massage and the location and treatment were stunning. You can tell no expense has been spared when creating this retreat. It is pure luxury. The adjustable arm rests on the treatment bed were an amazing touch and I’ve never seen this before but definitely took the pressure off my back and took away the awkwardness of where to put you’re arms that you sometimes get when have a massage. Loved it so much I’ve booked to come back with 4 friends for a spa day in summer. Highly recommended”

Jo’s warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely relaxed from the time I walked across the little bridge to what I would describe as a piece of Heaven – she truly went above and beyond to make the visit unforgettable.

The spa is nestled in stunning grounds, surrounded by nature, with curious, beautiful alpacas adding a whimsical, serene charm to the experience. It’s a tranquil oasis that feels worlds away from the everyday.

As you step inside the spa, you are immediately enveloped in a peaceful ambiance that melts away any stress. I began with a luxurious hot stone massage that was nothing short of heavenly. The warmth of the stones combined with expert technique left me feeling deeply relaxed and completely renewed.
